NGĀ MANU TOREA
Ngā Manu Torea is our teina rōpū for tamariki aged 9 to 11 years old. Within this group, tamariki learn that kapa haka is more than performance, it is a journey of identity, confidence, and connection.
Through waiata, haka, poi, they grow in discipline, whanaungatanga, and discover the doorway into te ao Māori.
Our goals are to strengthen te reo Māori, learn pēpeha and karakia, and understand the origin and history behind each waiata.
Tamariki are supported at every stage of their journey, whether they are fluent speakers or just beginning.
Do you have a Fair Play Voucher?
Parents, Carers or Guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200.00 for their child which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers.
